Our pricing is volume-based, ranging from 0.65% to 1.0% per transaction. The more you raise, the lower your rate — automatically. There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or contracts. Every feature is included from day one. Payment processor fees (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) are separate and depend on the rate your organization has negotiated directly with the provider.
We support Stripe (credit/debit cards + ACH bank transfers), PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and digital wallets. Our kiosks support tap-to-pay (NFC), chip cards, and swipe. We also support cash donation tracking for offline gifts.
Yes! We offer a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) option. You can use your existing Android tablets or iPads and pair them with our tap-to-pay reader. Our kiosks also have full offline mode — donations are queued locally and automatically sync when the connection is restored. You can also turn any Android phone into a donation terminal using Android Tap-to-Pay at no extra hardware cost.
SmartDMS supports monthly, annual, one-time, and donation-threshold memberships. You can configure family accounts with primary + dependent members, set geographic eligibility rules, define voter eligibility criteria, and automate approval workflows. Members get their own portal to manage payments and profiles.
